We offer same day shipping for all orders before 2pm on Monday – Friday, and 10.30am on Saturdays. We do not ship or deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

All of our orders are sent in discreet packaging.

For orders of over £100, a signature may be required on delivery.

Incorrect addresses

If your order does not arrive due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout, we will apply a £5.00 administrative charge in order to resend your order to the correct address.


Order Cancellations

We’re really quick with preparing your order as soon as it’s placed. Therefore if you’d like to cancel your order, please get in touch with us at within 15 minutes of placing your order in order for us to catch this in time. We’re unable to accept any cancellation requests after 15 minutes, and will request for you to ship the item back to us once it arrives if it is still unwanted.


Changes to your order

If you’d like to make a change to your order, we’ll first need to cancel your initial order (the above cancellation terms still apply), and will request for you to make a new order. 



We can offer a full refund or exchange on unopened items that are returned within 30 days of delivery date. We cannot offer a refund if the device has been opened or used. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Once we have confirmed your eligibility for a refund, please send the items you wish to return to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. We recommend that you use a tracked and signed for shipping service, as this is the only way to guarantee that we will receive the item. Please also share the tracking details with us.

As soon as we have received your return, we will notify you via email. Once this has been checked and confirmed to be unopened, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for any original postage costs paid.

If we find your item to be opened/used, we will be unable to process your refund and you will need to cover the postage costs for this to be sent back to you.
